• Built and launched The Vault Tags (solosmarttag.com), an NFC digital memory tag product on Cloudflare Pages and Firebase - cut cold page load from 1.9s to 478ms (126ms warm) with an edge-cache proxy on Pages Functions, Firestore REST reads in place of the client SDK handshake, and route-level code splitting that took the gallery bundle from 886 KB to 3 KB. Sold 100+ units in the first month.
• Architected a multi-tenant deployment model on <client>.solosmarttag.com - an isolated Pages project per client with links derived from window.location.origin, so a full domain migration required zero code changes and every previously sold tag kept resolving. Live for Vishwakarma Group of Institutions and YD Cafe.
• Built SoLo Billing, a billing and point-of-sale system for cafes and hotels - a single Android app serving four privilege tiers (owner, waiter, kitchen and bar station, reception) with least privilege enforced in Firestore security rules and verified at the database layer against real per-role tokens (13/13 security tests passing). ESC/POS thermal printing over Bluetooth Classic and TCP 9100. Deployed across 15+ venues.
• Delivered technical SEO for Root Cure Dental (dishasrootcure.com), reducing technical SEO issues from 31 to 6 (all low severity) with Dentist LocalBusiness and BlogPosting structured data, self-referencing canonicals across 41 pages, and a www-to-apex 301 via the Cloudflare Rulesets API.
• Built seo-toolkit, an internal domain-agnostic Node CLI on the Google Search Console and Cloudflare APIs that audits, benchmarks and remediates any client domain from a single command.
